I believe that everyone is unique, with their own set of values and principles. I would like to help teens, families and couples communicate smoothly with each other and be able to express themselves within the family without any judgements.

I am a Licensed Professional counselor through the State of Texas.  I have a master’s level education in Counseling.  My education and professional background in both the mind and the body gives me a unique and effective approach to counseling. I work to provide clients with tailored treatment plans that can be integrated into their daily lives.  I am a professional counselor and a LCDC-Intern.

I have experience treating children, adolescents, and adults with diverse backgrounds and ranges of concerns. I have training in integrative, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness therapy, and trauma informed care. I am a humanistic, person-centered therapist.

In addition to my license, I hold several certifications: ANSA and CANS. I continue to educate myself by attending national and local conferences and keeping up with current therapy research. I am a facilitator of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) adult and youth to help educate the community on mental health.
