It is my desire to help others by equipping and empowering them with the tools needed to face and overcome life’s challenges. My role as a Licensed Professional Counselor is to educate clients with coping strategies, promote effective decision-making skills, as well as facilitate healthy behavior changes.
Many people choose to suffer in silence with mental health issues. I encourage people to not only seek help for themselves, but encourage others to seek help as well.
